Working in a partnership with Hormel Foods, Target wanted to offer a line of premium branded beef to their grocery customers. To help them achieve this goal, we created Sutton & Dodge, the steakhouse quality beef that will “turn your house into a steakhouse.” The launch of this branded beef was a resounding success, with triple digit sales increases within the first months of its introduction. In fact, Hormel Foods was named Target’s supplier of the year.
